When the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, lots of things have changed, and 101DS was affected by the pandemic.
As it turns as of today, a year after the first season finale, Atomic Cartoons announced that they are no longer co-produce the series with Passion, Atomic mainly did the animation on almost all of the episodes, but after the first season, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and the second season was left unannounced, until now.
All fans continued to wait for their moments to shine, but it was TOO LONG! The main reason I believe is COVID, yes, I know but still.
Atomic will not be animating after the first season as a result of many changes happening thanks to, you already know at this point. The second season will be animated by an unknown studio. The studios I think would take over Atomic in its place would either be Gigglebug Entertainment (did the shorts and the clipshow episode), Disney Television Animation or Titmouse Inc. Or maybe another studio, I don't know.

I know it is sad to see a studio not animate 101DS again, but hey, at least were getting the second season. So, after a year of waiting for an announcement, I hope all of you fans are excited!
I guess there is no need in absorbing the 101DS Wiki anymore.
