Barge Lady is a human character in 101 Dalmatian Street. She lives in a boat near the Canal Crew's sleeping area. She is an older, near-sided woman who owns dozens of cats.
The Barge Lady notably appears in "Walkies on the Wild Side." Dylan, seeking shelter from the rain, approaches her boat. Because of the Barge Lady's blurry vision, she mistakes Dylan for a cat and takes him in. Later, she realizes Dylan's true identity upon putting on her glasses.
Outside "Walkies on the Wild Side," the Barge Lady appears as a background character in "Boom Night," "A Right Royal Rumble," and "Dal-Martians."
