"Better the De Vil You Know" is the fiftieth episode of 101 Dalmatian Street and the second part of the twenty-fifth episode in the Disney+ release.
The episode originally aired in Belgium on February 21, 2020, then aired in the UK a day later.
Plot[]
Following the events of "Dante's Inferno," Hunter De Vil begins to take his job of capturing the Dalmatian family more seriously in order to impress his great-aunt Cruella De Vil, whom he speaks with over the phone. Hunter's presence leads to Dylan becoming increasingly paranoid, while Delilah and Doug decide to evacuate to the country via bus until Hunter leaves. After Hunter continues to fail at achieving his goal (which amuses Dizzy and Dee Dee), Cruella arrives in Camden Town, madly driving around and causing emergencies that call for Delilah and Doug. With their parents out, Dylan keeps watch for Hunter, while Dolly tries to convince him that they have nothing to worry about. Hunter then hijacks the Dalmatians' bus, succeeding in dog-napping the Dalmatian puppies. However, due to his dog instincts established in the previous episode, Dylan gets the better of Hunter and the puppies escape. Later, Hunter is confronted by Cruella, who decides to take matters into her own hands.

- This episode, along with "Dante's Inferno" and "The De Vil Wears Puppies," is given to an advisory content rating in some countries due to its content suitability.
- This is the final eleven-minute episode of the series.
- The title of the episode is a reference to Kylie Minogue's 1990 song "Better the Devil You Know".
- This is the sixth episode in the Hunter Story Arc, as well as the second part of the hour-long season finale.
- In Southeast Asia, there are four instances of censorship by trimming:
- Cruella's line, "Useless boy!"
- Dolly's line, "Hunter's such a bozo."
- Cruella's line, "Of course, they do, kibble for brains."
- Cruella's line "You limp, lazy, lily-livered snowflake."
