Boris and Bull are a duo of scruffy dogs who appear as minor characters in 101 Dalmatian Street. Boris and Bull are a borzoi and bulldog, respectively. Boris speaks with a Russian accent, while Bull speaks with a gruff British accent.
They first appear in the episode "The Nose Job," which shows the two behind bars in the same jail as Snowball and Diesel. At first, they frighten Diesel, though they show that they are much more friendly than they appear. The two later cameo in "Yappily Ever After," which reveals that they were released from their cell some time after "The Nose Job." Additionally, they make a brief appearance in "D-Factor," where they growl at Dylan for leaning against their lampost.
Boris and Bull may have been inspired by two characters of the same name who appear in Disney's Lady and the Tramp as part of a group of pound dogs.
