Boris and Bull are a duo of scruffy dogs who appear as minor characters in 101 Dalmatian Street. Boris and Bull are a borzoi and bulldog, respectively. Boris speaks with a Russian accent, while Bull speaks with a gruff British accent.
They first appear in the episode "The Nose Job," which shows the two behind bars in the same jail as Snowball and Diesel. At first, they frighten Diesel, though they show that they are much more friendly than they appear.
After "The Nose Job," Boris and Bull make occasional, minor appearances in the series, starting with a background role in "Long Tongue Day." The pair are later given speaking cameos in "Yappily Ever After" and "D-Factor." These appearances reveal that the two were released from their cell some time after "The Nose Job."
The pair also appear separately in Mon Premier Journal de Mickey/D is for Dalmatians. Bull appears with a frisbee during "Dolly's Adventure," while Boris appears performing yoga at the pet salon in "Dylan's Adventure."
Boris and Bull may have been inspired by two characters of the same name who appear in Disney's Lady and the Tramp as part of a group of pound dogs.
