Clarissa Corgi is a female Corgi dog and an antagonist character of 101 Dalmatian Street. She is the neighbour of the Dalmatian family and is looked after by her well trained "pet", Hugo which Dylan envies her since her human does all the chores.
Personality
Clarissa is a self absorded individual who believes that the world revolves around her. She exhibits a superiority complex, she constantly boasts about her majestic looks, well mannered behavior, her position in society and self-image of supremacy.

Physical Appearance
She is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, her coat color is fawn and biege, instead of white. Her ears are a shade darker than the rest of her body. She has a tear drop beauty mark on the right side of her face below the eye. She wears a magenta collar with white studs.
Relationships
Hugo
Hugo is Clarissa's "pet", he serves Clarissa's wishes and spoils her rotten.
Dylan
Clarissa shows interest in marrying Dylan in the episode "Who the Dog Do You Think You Are?"; however, she is not marying out of love, her motivations for the marriage is to become royalty.
Dolly
When Clarissa interacts with Dolly, there is tension between the two of them. The reason for Clarissa disliking Dolly is due to her lack of manners and "commoner" background, whereas Dolly dislikes Clarissa's superiority airs.
