Dizzy
Dizzy Dalmatian is a Dalmatian and one of the main characters of 101 Dalmatian Street. He is one of the 98 other siblings among Delilah and Doug. He is oftentimes seen with Dee Dee.
Physical Appearance
Dizzy has white fur with black spots. The spots are sparse aside from a black, notched left ear, a mask of black, a black-tipped tail, a marking resembling a toeless sock on his rear-left leg, and a similar marking on his front-right leg. He wears a blue collar with purple stripes on it.
