"Dogs Are Out for Summer Sun" is a song sung at the beginning of the two-part 101 Dalmatian Street special, "A Summer to Remember." Just before the song, Dolly tells DJ to "hit it," as Dylan worriedly says that they "don't have time for a musical number" before begrudgingly singing along. The characters sing the song as the ride the bus to Cornwall. The final verse of song is reprised at the end of the episode. The soundtrack version of the number includes cut lyrics and lines.
