Hugo is the owner of Clarissa and a recurring character of 101 Dalmatian Street.

Physical Appearance

Hugo is jokingly similar to his dog, Clarissa. He's short, with the same hair colour than Clarissa's fur, a nose similar to Clarissa's muzzle, the same long eyelashes and even has a similar mole in his right cheek.
