Hugo is the owner of Clarissa and a recurring character of 101 Dalmatian Street.

Personality

Hugo is submissive to his dog Clarissa whom he has spoiled rotten, as he complies to every single wishes she has.

He seems to be a phone addict, as he is unwilling to let go of his phone in "Prank Pups".

Physical Appearance

Hugo is jokingly similar to his dog, Clarissa. He's short, with the same hair colour than Clarissa's fur, a nose similar to Clarissa's muzzle, the same long eyelashes and even has a similar mole in his right cheek.
