Jo is a background human in 101 Dalmatian Street. He is a young boy who wears a tiger hoodie.
His most notable role is in "Girls' Day Out," where he is seen hanging out with Annie. Delilah politely asks him if she and Dolly can borrow his skate board. Because the two Dalmatians appear to be hyenas after a mishap at the dog spa, Jo and Annie are scared off, with Jo leaving his skate board behind.
Jo later appears as a ball boy for the televised tennis match in "Yappily Ever After." Here, he is referred to by the game's dog viewers as "Scrappy."
