A grumpy Park Keeper appears as a background human in 101 Dalmatian Street. As his name implies, he can often be found at the park in Camden Town. His first notable appearances is in "Walkies on the Wild Side," in which he tells off Dylan and Fergus after the two ruin the park's flowers.
The Park Keeper also appears as a bus driver. He operates the double-decker bus the Dalmatian family uses in "A Summer to Remember" and "Better the De Vil You Know."
The character also appears in the video game Boom Night Rescue, where he and another Park Keeper with a similar appearance have trapped some of the Dalmatian puppies in cages. To release the puppies, the player must have Dylan and Dolly work together by having one distract the Park Keeper while the other snatches the cage's keys.
