Portia Poodle is a female poodle and one of the recurring characters in 101 Dalmatian Street as well as playing a minor yet impactful on some episodes.
She is voice by Paloma Faith.

Personality
Portia is dark, intense, and she has tons of attitude. She is a goth who loves macabre things such as the graveyard and the Cerberus skull. Although mostly laid-back, she can still come off as snobbish and even borderline obsessive and manipulative, particularly when it comes to her relationship with Dylan, whom she tends to take advantage of.
Physical Appearance
Portia has black and purple fur with light-purple and pink streaks. She wears a pink collar with a light-blue accent.

Spencer is her sidekick.
Dylan
In the episode "Crushed Out", Portia develops a romantic (and obsessive) relation with Dylan; however, she gets creeped out and loses all interest in him the moment he gets lovey-dovey with her. Afterward, she usually shows disdain towards Dylan, even when he is still love struck over her. She is usually planning cruel pranks and schemes to Dylan with her best friend and sidekick Spencer, like making Dylan believe he's under a curse, or try to make him eat a whole plate of Constantin's furballs.
