Princess Positron is Dawkins' transitional object in 101 Dalmatian Street. She is a plush toy that is likely based off of a fictional franchise in the 101 Dalmatian Street universe. Dawkins is shown to be extremely attached to Princess Positron and becomes stressed whenever she is in danger. Dawkins is also protective of the Princess, and hates it when others call it a doll. Princess Positron has a pull string that plays a variety of voice clips when pulled (mainly "Positronly!").

Dawkins is quite a stickler in regards to Princess Positron's achievements and nobility. In "It's My Party," Dawkins informs Dallas that the Princess is "a celebrated engineer, accomplished astrophysicist, and the most benevolent interplanetary princess the universe has ever known." Later in "The Walls Are Alive," Dawkins tells Dolly (who referred to the Princess as a baby doll) that "Princess Positron is no baby," but instead an aerospace engineer.

Princess Positron is introduced in "The Nose Job," where she is simply referred to as "Dawkins' doll." She is later prominently featured in "The Walls Are Alive," where Dolly uses her as a grappling hook to save her family. In "The De Vil Wears Puppies," Princess Positron is tested in Cruella De Vil's machine that she plans on using to remove the fur of the Dalmatians. Princess Positron is destroyed, much to the depression of Dawkins. At the end of the episode, however, Dawkins is seen with the Princess' removed eye.
