Tory is an incidental human in 101 Dalmatian Street. She is frequently seen taking selfies of herself.

She is first seen by Dizzy and Dee Dee during their visit to the coffee shop (or, to the Dalmatians, the pet shop) in "Dog's Best Friend." She later has a larger role in "My Fair Dolly," where she becomes Dolly's temporary owner to win the Pooch Petiquette Cup.
