Doug, trampled by his puppies after uttering "park" in "Snow Day."

Trigger words are terms that cause a frenzy among the puppies of the Dalmatian family in 101 Dalmatian Street. When used, trigger words result in a stampede of puppies rushing toward either the user or subject mentioned. These words are often uttered by accident, with the puppies' reactions being unwanted.

Dylan, Dolly, and Dawkins are immune to the tendencies that the other puppies experience when trigger words are used. As a result, they often use trigger words as tactics to get the puppies' attention, as seen in the episodes "Boom Night" and "The De Vil Wears Puppies," among others. Meanwhile, Doug seems to be inexperienced with the terms, unintentionally using them in episodes such as "Dog's Best Friend" and "Snow Day." Among the characterized pups who react to trigger words are Dizzy, Dee Dee, Diesel, Dorothy, Dante, Delgado, Da Vinci, and Deepak.
